My husband and I struggled with infertility for 3 years. It was a tough time that we were often quiet about. We went through 6 IUI’s, 3 miscarriages, 1 ectopic pregnancy, and 2 rounds of IVF to get our Sophie girl.
The hardest part was wanting so badly to get pregnant so that my dad could meet his grandchild before he passed away. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen for us, but we know he helped us get Sophie, and he will forever watch over her.
