Clinic Information for Patients | April 2023 Update

Olive Care Team

April 24, 2023

Health & Safety

We are fully open. We continue to follow the direction of the Provincial Health Officer, College of Physicians and Surgeons and WorkSafeBC. While masking is no longer required, we do encourage one if you are in the clinic.

Vancouver

  • No drop ins. Only come to Olive if you have an appointment.
  • Physician consultation and follow-up appointments will continue to be virtual appointments.
  • We ask that there are no extra visitors or children (only 1 support person)  in the clinic.

Surrey

  • Due to our waiting room space limitations, if you are scheduled for a morning monitoring ultrasound, we may not be able to let your partner accompany you as we have to limit patient numbers in compliance with Work Safe BC – we ask they still wait downstairs
  • Partners are welcome to accompany patients for OB scans, IUI’s, in the pharmacy and to any in person consults or follow ups booked with Dr Tregoning.
  • We ask that there are no extra visitors or children (only 1 support person)  in the clinic.

Victoria

  • Partners may be invited to enter the clinic in specific circumstances. Please discuss this with our staff in advance.
  • We ask that there are no extra visitors or children (only 1 support person)  in the clinic.

Kelowna

  • We ask that no children or extra visitors enter the clinic
  • Semen analysis appointments can be booked by calling 250-861-6811.
  • We will continue to do most physician consultations and follow up discussions by virtual appointment but in person appointments continue to be scheduled when appropriate.
